- EU customers: statutory withdrawal rights apply (30 days).
- Non-EU customers: we voluntarily offer the same 30-day return right, under the conditions stated below.
2. Right of Withdrawal (EU customers)
Under applicable consumer protection laws, EU customers benefit from statutory withdrawal rights. In addition, TISLIT BEAUTY voluntarily offers a 30-day return period from the date of delivery, without requiring any reason.
3. Conditions for Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of:
- Products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Products returned within 30 days of delivery.
We cannot accept returns of opened, used, or damaged products (unless defective).
