We currently ship to:

- European Union countries
- International destinations
2. Carriers
Orders are shipped with reliable partners: Colissimo, Chronopost, and Mondial Relay.
3. Processing Time
- Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
4. Delivery Times (Estimated)
- France: 2–4 business days
- European Union: 4–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and chosen carrier.
Indicative rates for parcels up to 500g:
- France: from €4.90
- European Union: from €8.90
- International: from €14.90
Free shipping thresholds (optional, if you want to apply one) can be displayed at checkout.
6. Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International shipments outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
