These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through the Tislit Beauty online store at: https://tislitbeauty.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Sale, in addition to our Terms of Service and  Privacy Policy

1. Products and Availability

All products offered on our website are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure that the descriptions, images, and details of our products are accurate. However, variations may occur depending on packaging updates or device display settings.

2. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected product(s). We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our sole discretion. An order is confirmed only once payment has been processed and you have received a confirmation email from us.

3. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Euros (EUR).
  • Prices do not include delivery fees, taxes, customs duties, or import charges (where applicable).
  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments, which supports major credit cards and other methods displayed at checkout.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that all information provided is accurate.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver in France, Europe, and internationally.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier (Colissimo, Chronopost, Mondial Relay, or their international partners).
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, but delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors are beyond our control.
  • Once an order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our Refund & Return Policy. Prior to returning any item in order to receive instructions. Returns will only be accepted for unused and unopened products, in their original condition and packaging, within 14 days of delivery (subject to applicable consumer rights).

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
